Alex is the organised force behind Saddle Up & Survive, keeping everything from memberships and events to day-to-day club life running smoothly. With over 30 years in the equine industry and a passion for bringing people together, she brings endless energy, experience and a little organised chaos to the team.

Tanya is passionate about helping riders grow in confidence while building strong, trusting partnerships with their horses. With extensive experience across coaching, competition and horse care, she brings a calm, supportive and encouraging approach to every rider she works with.

Alec Miles

BHSI Performance Coach

Based in the heart of the Hampshire countryside, Alec brings a calm, professional and thoughtful approach to coaching at Saddle Up & Survive. With extensive experience across all three disciplines and young horse production, Alec is passionate about building confidence, developing strong partnerships, and helping both horses and riders reach their full potential through correct, individualised training.

Michelle brings a wealth of experience, encouragement and all-round equestrian knowledge to Saddle Up & Survive. An award-winning coach with a passion for rider confidence and development, Michelle creates supportive learning environments where both horses and riders can grow, progress and enjoy every stage of their journey together.
