Channel your inner medieval warrior at our Equine Archery Clinic at Manor Equestrian. Learn the basics of archery before putting horse and rider together for a go at shooting from horseback. Sessions are £40 per person, with only five spaces available. Sunday 16 August 2026 11am–1pm.

About the event
Ever wanted to feel like a medieval warrior? Now’s your chance.
Join us at Manor Equestrian for a two-hour Equine Archery Clinic combining horses, bows, arrows and a completely new challenge.
No archery experience is needed. During the session, the horses will be introduced to the equipment and surroundings before riders learn the basics of archery safely from the ground. Once everyone is feeling confident, it will be time to bring horse and rider together and have a go at mounted archery.
Expect plenty of laughs, a supportive atmosphere and the chance to try a sport you may never have considered before.
